Comedy Plex is a comedy club in the heart of downtown Oak Park, one block from the Green Line and Metra at Harlem/Lake. The lower-level room books touring headliners alongside Chicago-area favorites — bills have included Hannibal Buress, Kellye Howard, Michael Winslow, Mitch Fatel and Brad Wenzel — with two shows most Friday and Saturday nights, a Thursday Night Out series, a weekly open mic, and stand-up and improv classes. There is a two-drink minimum per person, outside food is welcome, the club is cashless, and a wheelchair lift at the main entrance keeps the room accessible.
