About Revel

Revel is the easiest way to find live stand-up comedy in Los Angeles. We pull together shows from clubs, theaters, and rooms across the city — the headliners, the drop-ins, the late-night open mics — and put the full lineup, showtime, and ticket link on a single map and feed. No more checking ten different venue sites to figure out what’s on tonight.

Why I built it

I’m the founder, and I built Revel because I love this scene and kept missing shows I’d have loved to see. LA has the best comedy in the world on any given night, but it’s scattered across dozens of venues and ticketing platforms. I wanted one place that answers a simple question: who’s funny, where, and when?

How it works

We continuously gather show data from venues and ticketing providers, match up the comedians performing, and surface it all by day and by neighborhood. When you find a show you like, the ticket link takes you straight to the venue or its ticketing partner to buy — we don’t sell tickets ourselves.
