The Tucson Convention Center is the city-owned entertainment campus in downtown Tucson, four venues at one address on S. Church Ave. The 8,962-seat Tucson Arena opened in November 1971 and has hosted everyone from Elvis Presley and the Rolling Stones to U2 and today's arena comedy tours; the 2,289-seat Linda Ronstadt Music Hall, renamed in 2022 for the Tucson-born singer, is home to the Tucson Symphony Orchestra, Arizona Opera and Broadway in Tucson, and the comics who have played it include Jerry Seinfeld, Kevin Hart, Chelsea Handler, Jo Koy and Ali Wong; the 511-seat Leo Rich Theater handles chamber music, ballet and theater; and 233,000 square feet of exhibition halls and ballrooms carry the conventions and consumer shows. The campus is managed by Legends Global and is also home to the free-admission Tucson Musicians Museum.
