The Masonic — officially the SF Masonic Auditorium and long known as the Nob Hill Masonic Center — is a roughly 3,400-capacity concert and event venue perched atop Nob Hill at 1111 California Street in San Francisco. Opened in 1958 and extensively modernized, its flexible auditorium hosts major touring music and comedy, from headliners like Ali Wong, Anthony Jeselnik, Chelsea Handler, and Matteo Lane to artists such as Beck, The Chicks, and Social Distortion. Operated by Live Nation, it is one of the citys premier mid-size stages.
