The Lost Church is an intimate, nonprofit performance parlor in San Francisco's North Beach neighborhood — part of a 501(c)(3) arts organization devoted to creating and sustaining small rooms for live performance. Seating just 99 in a hushed, vintage-styled listening room at 988 Columbus Avenue (its home since relocating from the Mission District in 2022), the venue runs a genre-spanning calendar: stand-up comedy nights, singer-songwriters and world music, magic, storytelling, and variety shows, all in a close, attentive, all-ages setting. Recent bills have featured comics such as Jenny Zigrino, Ahmed Al-kadri, and Sunny Laprade alongside touring musicians and the long-running 'You're Going to Die' open mic.
