Opened in 1921 as the "Wonder Theatre of the World," The Chicago Theatre is a landmark movie palace in the heart of the Loop — its French Baroque interior and iconic State Street marquee are an unofficial emblem of the city. Restored in 1986 and reopened with a Frank Sinatra performance, the 3,600-seat theater is now operated by MSG Entertainment and hosts marquee touring comedy, concerts, podcasts, and theatrical productions — recent calendars have featured Jerry Seinfeld, Atsuko Okatsuka, and Brad Williams.
