Cowboy Room Comedy is a stand-up comedy show inside Western Collective, a brewery in Garden City, Idaho, just outside Boise. Launched in January 2025, it books traveling headliners alongside local favorites every Friday and Saturday night, plus a weekly open mic. Shows come with Western Collective's beer, cocktails, and food; the room is pet-friendly with free street parking. In its first year it produced 84 shows, booked 73 comedians, and hosted more than 1,100 guests.
