Cobb Energy Performing Arts Centre is a 2,750-seat theatre in northwest Atlanta, at 2800 Cobb Galleria Parkway near the I-75/I-285 interchange, and was the first major performing arts facility built in metro Atlanta in five decades. The John A. Williams Theatre hosts touring standup comedians, concerts, family shows and stage productions, and is the home stage for resident companies The Atlanta Opera and Atlanta Ballet. Comedy stops on the current calendar include Gary Owen's No Hard Feelings Tour and Nurse John's Against Medical Advice Tour. The building also holds the 10,000-square-foot Kessel D. Stelling Ballroom and the Skyline Lounge, a 21+ pre-show lounge on the Grand Tier. All seats are reserved, tickets are sold through Ticketmaster and the on-site Synovus Box Office, and there is parking for about 1,000 vehicles.
