The Allan & Laura Wilson Humanities and Fine Arts Center — known simply as the Wilson Center — is Cape Fear Community College's 1,499-seat performing arts hall at the gateway to CFCC's campus in downtown Wilmington. Billed as the most technologically advanced performing arts center in Eastern North Carolina, it doubles as a student learning laboratory, with 26 instructional spaces and a studio theater behind its 87-foot-wide main stage. The season runs from the PNC Broadway and the Beach series and the Wilmington Symphony Orchestra to nationally touring comedians — Whitney Cummings, Jordan Klepper, Daniel Tosh, Nurse Blake, Amber Autry, Kathleen Madigan and Jeff Arcuri all play the 2026-27 calendar. Raked seating on three floors, concessions on the Orchestra and Grand Tier levels, a glass-lined lobby, and a cashless box office; doors open an hour before showtime.
