JP's Comedy Club is a family- and veteran-owned stand-up room at 860 E. Warner Road in Gilbert, just southeast of Phoenix. The intimate showroom runs two shows every Friday and Saturday night at 7PM and 9PM, pairing Arizona's own comics with national touring headliners, and fills out the week with midweek specials — the fast-paced Comedy Rumble stand-up competition, showcases for rising local comics, and charity and veterans nights. There's a full food and drink menu with a two-item minimum per person in the showroom, free parking, first-come first-served seating, and doors about 30 minutes before showtime. The club also teaches an ongoing Wednesday stand-up class and raises money for local charities each year.
