Funny Pharm Comedy Club is a clean-comedy room tucked inside the Old Bag Factory in Goshen, Indiana, with shows every Friday and Saturday night. "Funny doesn't have to be filthy" is the house line, and the booking follows it: nationally touring headliners who work clean — John Heffron, Jose Sarduy, Maggie Hughes DePalo, Jeff Shaw, John Branyan, Jonnie W and ventriloquist David Pendleton have all played the room — in a club you can bring your grandparents, your mother-in-law or your pastor to without wincing. It is a small, limited-seat room with its own parking lot off Chicago Avenue, Shirley's Gourmet Popcorn at the counter, and the occasional music concert alongside the standup.
