Club 27 Comedy is Downtown Pensacola's dedicated stand-up room, tucked inside the historic Seville Quarter entertainment complex. Shows run every 1st and 3rd Sunday at 7pm, pairing nationally touring headliners — recent bills include Kill Tony Golden Ticket winner Aaron Heltz and Good Cop/Rad Cop's Dave Hannah and Ryan Darling — with featured acts and hosts from the Gulf Coast scene. Shows are 21+ and phone-free, with first-come general admission and reserved premium tables, and every ticket includes access to the rest of Seville Quarter for the evening.
