Elena Torres es una ex-actriz de telenovelas que ahora es comediante. Después de participar en telenovelas Mexicanas como: "Teresa", "La Que No Podia Amar" y "Por Siempre Mi Amor", Elena vino a Estados Unidos y empezó hacer stand up comedy. Es una de las comediantes premier de stand up en Español en Estados Unidos. Elena hace shows por todo el país y su comedia ha sido presentada en el Washington Post y Telemundo. Gira con su propio show ademas de trabajar con comediantes como Sofia Niño de Rivera, Carlos Ballarta y Angelo Colina. So she took the next logical artistic step from doing melodrama in Spanish; she started performing stand up comedy in English. She threw out her telenovela push up bra, moved to the East Coast and has performed in venues all over the country like: DC Improv, Arlington Drafthouse, Carolines, Big Hunt, Broadway Comedy Club and many more. She also hosts the Arlington Drafthouse podcast 'CounterCurrents" and has a sketch page called Human Factor Comedy.
