Stress Factory Comedy Club New Brunswick

The Stress Factory is New Brunswick's flagship comedy club — an intimate, roughly 275-seat table-seating room at 90 Church St., right downtown next to the Lower Church St. parking deck. Founded by comedian Vinnie Brand, it has spent decades as one of the Northeast's best-known independent clubs, running multi-show weekend engagements with national headliners alongside weeknight one-offs. Recent and upcoming bills include DeRay Davis, Adam Ray, Martin Amini, Michael Blackson, John Crist, Phil Hanley, Russell Peters, Hannibal Buress, Craig Robinson, Jeff Arcuri, Big Jay Oakerson, Felipe Esparza and Tony Rock. Shows are 16 and over, seating is at shared tables on a first-come basis, and there is a two-item minimum per person.
