Next In Line Comedy is a comic-owned and operated independent stand-up club in Philadelphia, sitting right next door to Love City Brewing at 1025 Hamilton Street. Founded by comedians Manny Brown and Tyler Wolf, the intimate 80-seat room was built to offer a less expensive stand-up experience without sacrificing quality, with craft beer, wine, and cocktails served courtesy of its brewery neighbor. Shows run every Friday and Saturday featuring rising comedians from Philadelphia, New York, and around the country alongside touring headliners like Beth Stelling and Cameron Esposito, and the club was named Best Comedy Club in Philadelphia Magazine's Best of Philly 2025.
