New York Comedy Club's Upper West Side room, at 236 W 78th Street just off Broadway, occupies the former Stand Up NY space a few blocks from Central Park and the Museum of Natural History. Part of the long-running New York Comedy Club family, it runs multiple stand-up showcases a night — a rotating mix of NYC regulars and nationally touring headliners, with recent bills featuring the likes of Jared Freid, Damien Lemon, Rachel Feinstein, and Ronny Chieng. It's an intimate brick-wall club with first-come, first-served seating and a $20-per-person showroom minimum. Admission is 18+ (16+ when accompanied by an adult).
