New York Comedy Club Stamford

The Connecticut outpost of New York Comedy Club, open since February 2023 at Stamford Town Center (230 Tresser Blvd). It follows the tradition of the original Midtown room that opened in 1989 — a comic, a mic, a brick wall — bringing authentic NYC showcase-style lineups of 4-5 comedians a night to Fairfield County, five to six nights a week. The calendar mixes house showcases and open mics with touring headliner weekends from names like Chris Kattan, Felipe Esparza, Jerrod Carmichael, Rachel Feinstein, Damon Wayans Jr. and W. Kamau Bell. Seating is first come, first served, assigned front to back by ticket tier, with a $20-per-person showroom minimum (drinks and snacks both count). Admission is 18+, or 16+ when accompanied by an adult.
