Hilarities 4th Street Theatre is Cleveland's flagship stand-up room — a tiered, purpose-built showroom seating 350, with a mezzanine balcony of eight skyboxes and custom-made seating throughout — tucked inside the Pickwick & Frolic complex on East 4th Street downtown. The building stands on the site of the old Euclid Avenue Opera House, and the Opera House's original sandstone foundation is still preserved along the left side of the stage; Pickwick & Frolic opened here in 2002, 127 years to the day after the Opera House did. It's one of the largest made-for-comedy venues in the country and books national headliners on Wednesday-through-Sunday runs — recent and upcoming bills include Kevin Nealon, Joe Gatto, Maria Bamford, T.J. Miller, Liza Treyger and Jessica Kirson. A full menu and bar are served at your table in the showroom (two-item minimum per person), with pre-show dinner available downstairs at Pickwick The Restaurant. Shows are typically 21 and up; seating begins 45 minutes before showtime and is first-come within your ticket section.
No past shows in our records yet.
