Comedy Cabana is Myrtle Beach's longest-running comedy club, billing itself as the beach's only 5-star club for 30 years and running week-long headliner residencies at 9588 N. Kings Highway in Restaurant Row. The showroom is cabaret-style — every table faces a centrally located stage, with preferred seating in the first four rows and general seating behind it — and the attached Good Humor Bar & Grill opens at 5:30pm nightly with a full food and drink menu. Regular shows run Tuesday through Saturday at 7pm with a second 9pm show on Friday and Saturday, plus extra nights in the summer season. Headliners are national touring acts with television credits; past bills include Lewis Black, Bobby Collins, Jimmy “JJ” Walker, Bob Nelson, Gary Valentine, Josh Blue, Pauly Shore and Anthony Rodia. There is a two-item minimum per person in the showroom, the building is entirely smoke-free, and the club has its own free parking lot.
