Acme Comedy Company has been Minneapolis's home for stand-up since 1991 — a 250-seat club set in a 19th-century Warehouse District industrial space with exposed wood ceilings and heavy timber beams. One of the most respected comedy clubs in the country, Acme books national touring headliners week in and week out — recent calendars include Tom Segura, Mark Normand, Kyle Kinane, Adrienne Iapalucci, and Kelsey Cook — and has long been a proving ground for Midwest comics. The attached Sticks Restaurant pairs shows with a five-course family-style dinner, and the club hosts a free open mic every Tuesday. All shows are 18+.
