Sunday New Material Night

8PM SUNDAY NEW MATERIAL NIGHT Hear the jokes before anyone else does. Every Sunday at 8 PM, Toronto comedians bring the newest stuff they’ve got to the Backroom stage. Some of it is brand new. Some of it is a bit they’re about to take on the road. All of it is happening in front of you first. It’s loose, it’s honest, and it’s the closest you’ll get to watching a joke get built. When something lands for the first time, you were there. THE DETAILS Every Sunday, 8 PM Backroom Comedy Club, 814 Bloor St W, Toronto A small room with about 55 seats, so every seat is close to the stage Full bar Come for the jokes, stay for the 10 PM Feedback: Happy Hour Open Mic .
