Originally from Chicago, now based out of much warmer Austin, TX, Matt Banwart was host/founder of Roast Battle Chicago at Zanies for 3 years, where the show won Best Independent Comedy Show in Chicago. Matt had a #1 comedy album on Amazon, iTunes, and Sirius XM. Most notably, he had a mini special filmed by SXSW dropped on Cracked Comedy Club 's YouTube, presented by Netflix . He is also the host of the YouTube and Tubi show You Laugh You Leave Live with YouTuber Jimmy Here (1.7M subscribers). Matt is known for his constant comedy writing and quick off-the-cuff moments live. While you might recognize him from TikTok or Instagram, where he has accumulated over 15million views, he has been doing stand-up for 10 years and is funniest live. COMEDY CLUB MAIN ENTRANCE LOCATED IN BACK OF BUILDING OFF OF PARKING LOT. Shows will be held on the lower level of The Norwood Theatre building. — Most tables seat 4 total guests. You may be seated with strangers if your party has less than four guests. — All shows are 17 and over. 21+ to drink. —2-Item Minimum (soft drinks, beer, wine, and liquor)* — 20% gratuity added to all checks. — No dress code. — Shows run about an hour and 15 minutes. — Doors open 30 minutes prior to show-time. Arriving at least 15 minutes before the show is always a good idea! — Seating is first come first serve with a strict no-call, no-show policy. Please call us if you are running late! *The two-item minimum policy requires each guest to purchase a minimum of two items from our menu during their visit, this can include any combination of soft drinks or alcoholic beverages.
