About To Love A Canine Rescue, Inc: To Love a Canine Rescue, Inc. (TLC) is a non-profit, all-breed, 100% foster-based, no-kill rescue operating in Chester County, PA. Our mission is to rescue and find permanent homes for abandoned, stray, and surrendered dogs in order to minimize the needless euthanizing of animals. We support dogs in need that may otherwise be overlooked in shelters. This includes pregnant moms, those in need of surgery, and dogs who need a little extra time and attention to open up. We know the power of dogs and the way they can change lives.
