Have you ever been at a comedy show and thought, “Although I’m enjoying this, I wish this person would leave the stage now?” If so, The Buzzer Show is for you. The Buzzer Show is a unique comedy competition where every comedian gets 2 minutes of guaranteed stage time. After that, the audience can buzz them off the stage at any moment. If a comic survives the full 7 minutes without getting buzzed, they earn a spot in the show’s finale which features three professional comedians performing 10 uninterrupted, unbuzzable minutes each. Hosted by local comedians Elliot Weber and Teddy Kaste, The Buzzer Show features a lineup of comics doing everything they can to avoid hearing the buzzer. The night culminates with featured sets from James Stanley, Ronny Sharts, and Elizabeth Selin, each delivering a full 10-minute set with no buzzer and no interruptions. Whether you’re rooting for comics to survive or secretly hoping they get buzzed, every set puts the decision in the audience’s hands.
